I’m Cristina Lugo, a licensed clinical social worker and EMDR Certified Therapist™. I specialize in working with adolescent girls, nonbinary youth, and adults in their 20s and 30s. For the past 15+ years, I’ve been helping young people move through anxiety, trauma, and depression so they can live with more clarity, connection, and confidence. Whether you’re navigating school, relationships, early adulthood, or the weight of past pain- I’ve got you. I offer mostly in-person therapy and use EMDR as an important tool in my work. Hi, I’m Dr. Alexis Paul, a licensed clinical psychologist who provides therapy and DBT skills training for children, teens, young adults, and families. I take a person-centered, holistic approach, and I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be fully yourself—supported, understood, and empowered to grow.

My work is grounded in evidence-based treatments including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Radically Open-DBT (RO-DBT). My name is Alexandra S. Maddox, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT#141737).
