Thrive Together
Established in 2020, this therapeutic group for high school girls and nonbinary youth has carried on the tradition of being a thriving and lively support space to this day. This is a weekly, in person 60 minute therapy group that accepts teens between 9th and 12th grade. Thrive Together is built upon the principles of fostering self-compassion, community, empathy, resilience and developing peer support. We celebrate and honor our relationships with each other, steps toward growth and the healthy navigation of high school.

Healing Through Movement
This online yoga therapy group for adults is based on Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), an evidence-based somatic approach to healing trauma. Dr. Cat is a certified TCTSY facilitator with over 12 years of experience teaching movement and supporting trauma survivors. This group is ideal for those who feel disconnected from their bodies, are working on emotion regulation or grounding skills, want something beyond (or alongside) traditional talk therapy, or could benefit from gentle, structured movement in a therapeutic setting.

Figuring it out Together
A group for young adults navigating life post-high school. This weekly, 60-minute therapy group is designed for women, trans, and non-binary individuals (ages 18-22). Group members can expect to explore their values, identity, and goals, increase feelings of empowerment, independence, and autonomy as they navigate the unique experiences of being a young adult, improve self-concept and self-compassion, and establish meaningful connections with peers.

Sunday High School Group
This neuro-affirming therapy group is for high school girls, trans, and non-binary youth. It is specifically designed for teens to come together and support one another as the group explores social and emotional regulation skills, friendship challenges, identity exploration, and other high school-specific topics.

Gender Expansive Ride
GXR is a bike ride established in 2021 to support cyclists who are nonbinary, trans, gender fluid, cis women and other genders historically marginalized in the cycling community. We host fun community-oriented rides twice a month from Downtown LA at varying difficulty levels and post descriptions so riders know what to expect.
Where and when: First and third Saturday morning of the month from Grand Park in downtown Los Angeles

Pasadena Run Club
PRC is a weekly community run and walk established in 2021 to support connection through sport. We host run and walk options every Wednesday evening, encouraging community conneciton. A big part of our group culture is that "no one is left behind, no one runs alone." This group is inclusive of begginers and advanced runners and walkers of all ages.

Yapping, Crafting, and Thriving: A Middle School Therapy Group
A group for middle schoolers looking to connect, learn, and thrive. This is a weekly, 60-minute therapy group for 6th to 8th grade girls, trans, and non-binary youth. This group is designed to provide middle schoolers with a safe space to discuss their lives, learn valuable skills in effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, and have fun. In addition to discussions, this group utilizes creative projects, music, outings, and potential third spaces to combine therapeutic support with the experience of simply being a middle schooler. The space to yap, craft, and thrive!
